Terms & Conditions of Use

 

This website is owned and operated by Astrocall Pty Ltd, ABN 58 131 951 445. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Astro displays service and website. By visiting the Astro displays website you accept, and agree to the content of  these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering.

 

Terms of Service

By placing an order via our website (www.astrodisplays.com.au), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible. 

In order to contract with Astrocall you must be over 18 years of age. Astrocall retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 

 

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Astro displays retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until the prices have been verified, and your payment has been received by us. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements. Any changes or variations to your original order may result in a new quote being forwarded by us.

 

Product Specifications and Suitability

Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. Astrocall shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for details.

We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Astrocall cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item. Astrocall cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified technician.

This website may contain links to third party websites. These links are not recommendations or endorsements by Astro displays and Astro displays does not take any responsibility for the content or functionality of those websites. You access those sites solely at your own risk.

 

Usernames and Passwords

If Astro displays authorises you to register for or otherwise use online shopping, then you must keep your username and password (if any) confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Nor may you permit any other person to use that username or password (either for their own use or on your behalf).

 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

 

Payment and Online Shopping

Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using your PayPal account. Once registered, you will be entitled to shop online and purchase products securely with your PayPal account.  Charges will appear on your statement as "ASTROCALL".

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at AU rates.

Your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing, however may take time to clear. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment will be refunded as swiftly as possible.  The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds in your account, depending on the payment provider.

 

Cancellations

Once payment has been received, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. Any cancellations after this time may incur a cancellation fee – please contact us.

 

Returns

All our products are custom made just for you, so unfortunately returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

If you find upon delivery the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the fault. The product must then be returned to us within ten business days after the item was delivered to you. You will be refunded for reasonable postage/courier costs incurred to return the faulty item once our team has inspected and verified the fault, and only upon presentation of the receipt for postage. We will contact you after the item has been inspected to discuss the expected timeframe for repair and/or replacement if we deem necessary.

 

Privacy

Any personally identifiable information that you submit through the website is collected and used by Astro displays. No information will ever be shared with any third party. 

 

Liability and Indemnity

All products must be used strictly as directed. Astro displays will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to strictly follow the directions for use. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. 

We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.
